We were in a lovely room on the 45th floor. I'd asked for a bathroom with grab bars and the W provided exactly what I needed. Our room overlooked Broadway looking North from 47th St. I liked that the location was convenient to Broadway shows and to transportation. I also liked that the hotel didn't feel huge. There's a restaurant, The Blue Fin in the building that my husband and I have been to many times. It has an excellent raw bar, crudo, ceviche, cooked fish. We had a seared tuna that was delicious, a tuna crudo with yuzu lime. We've had oysters in the past. All wonderful.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. If we got tired we hailed a cab without any issue. The view from the hotel was great! The staff were extremely friendly, and genuine in getting whatever it is that you requested quickly.

the bar and lobby area was lovely and clean. smelt amazing as soon as you stepped out of the lift. we opted for breakfast and it was delicious

Excellent! The hotel is literally in front of Times Square. The train station is right next door. Everything is within walking distance. The service is first class, from the moment you arrive at the lobby to the reception, all the staff is very attentive and always willing to help you. The room is very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. They have a gym with everything you need for your daily routines. They have a bar in the lobby which is very pleasant where we can spend a nice evening after a long day. We had a wonderful stay at the W New York Times Square, and I already made my reservation for my next stay in September. Thanks for everything!

The location of the property can’t be beat. The rooms were serviced beautifully every day, and it was very comfortable and clean.

People made all the difference. Special thanks to Adam who assisted us with our luggage’s and always had a smile and willingness to help. One other person is an Indian gentleman from Kolkata (don’t remember his name). He would deliver food to our room and made sure we were comfortable and engaged in interesting conversations.
